The space

There are 5 bedrooms in the cottage that sleeps up to 13 guests comfortably;

1x King Bedroom with outdoor bath, ceiling fan & heater

1x Queen Bedroom with built-in robes, ceiling fan & heater

1x Queen Bedroom with single bed, built-in robes, ceiling fan & heater

1x Double Bedroom with fan & heater

1x Small Bedroom with double pull-out sofa bed (ideal for kids/teens).

There is another double pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

There are 2 shared bathrooms;

1x Bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity & heated towel rail

1x Bathroom with shower, vanity, heated towel rail, & washing machine

1x Seperate Toilet.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

The living room is open plan and combines a lounge area, sofa bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, fireplace and an extra large 12 seater dining table for everyone to eat together.

The kitchen is fully equiped with dishwasher, cups, glasses, mugs, plates, crockery, pots, pans, utensils... and of course all the mod cons including coffee machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, and appliances - kettle, toaster, oven/air-fryer, electric frypan, slow cooker, and soda stream.

There is also an outdoor gas BBQ on the front deck for a good old country cook up with multiple lounge/dining chairs for extra space and relaxation.

Oh and there's a fire pit outside as well to enjoy. We do provide a limited amount of wood for your stay however suggest to BYO if you have a burning desire!

Positioned under the cooling shade of the rainforest canopy, the house stays naturally cool in summer and offers direct access to a deep water swimming hole in the creek. Just meters from the front deck, you can hear the refreshing flow of the water, inviting you for a swim or simply sit by to unwind by its calming sounds.

Guest access

You’ll enjoy full access to your entire house, offering you privacy and comfort during your stay. Our 161-acre property is home to two separate houses, each set 1 km apart to ensure a peaceful and private experience for all guests. While both houses share the beautiful creek frontage and some outdoor areas, the expansive property provides plenty of space to relax and explore without interruption.

Additional notes

The house has access to fast WIFI via satellite internet however mobile phone service is very limited. This may be exactly what you need to wind down from your busy schedule however, we just thought you should be aware in advance.
